About equate
equate ltd is a software business providing AI-assisted invoice processing tools for the travel industry. We are registered in England and Wales, with our registered office at 167–169 Great Portland Street, London, England, W1W 5PF. We are a small, early-stage company with a lean team working in software development, product, and operations.
Our supply chain
Our supply chain consists primarily of software and cloud infrastructure providers based in the UK, European Union, and United States, including platform hosting, database, payment processing, and developer tooling suppliers. We do not manufacture physical goods or operate in sectors with heightened risk of modern slavery.
Policies
We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all business dealings. We do not tolerate slavery or human trafficking in any part of our business or supply chain. Our employment practices comply with UK employment law, including the National Living Wage and working time regulations.
Due diligence
Given the nature and scale of our business, modern slavery risk in our own operations is assessed as low. We conduct due diligence on significant suppliers by reviewing their published modern slavery statements and data protection practices as part of our procurement process.
Training and awareness
All staff are made aware of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and what to do if they encounter or suspect any form of modern slavery or human trafficking in connection with our business.
